Working closely with the Regional Vice President of Marketing, I played a role in crafting comprehensive yet compelling marketing strategies that showcased white-labeled electronics tailored to the discerning US/CA market. Beyond the surface, my efforts included translating Mandarin labeling to English, and optimizing packaging to ensure a higher rate of intact deliveries, resulting in a substantial 44% increase in customer satisfaction upon arrival.
The co-launch of the Moko Direct smart sockets and portable charger product line stands as a example of product marketing and project management experiences.
